LABOR SUPPORT ONLY
Labor support only is ideal for those who have had previous births or as a last-minute choice for first-time parents. It includes one prenatal visit, where we will meet via Zoom to get to know each other before seeing each other again on the day of birth. You will receive unlimited daytime phone, text, and email support, with 24/7 on-call availability starting at 38 weeks until your baby’s birth. During early labor, I provide phone support and guidance, with in-person support beginning at home or at the place of delivery once you enter active labor. Throughout labor and birth, I support you and your partner by offering tools to manage pain, hands-on assistance to help the progress of labor, encouragement, and advocacy. After your baby is born, I will stay with you for 1 to 2 hours to ensure a smooth transition.
My labor support only service is $1700. Sliding scale is available, please inquire for more information.
I exclusively support only one client per month. To retain my services half my fee is due at sign of contract, the other half is due at 36 weeks.
PREGNANCY & LABOR SUPPORT
In addition to the labor support outlined above, we will have four in-person prenatal visits starting at 26 weeks, with each session lasting approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. These sessions allow us to get to know each other, build a relationship, address any fears, and create a vision for your birth. We will review breathwork, meditation, pain management techniques, essential daily movement, labor positions, and make a plan for when labor begins. Additional topics include childbirth education, covering the landmarks of the pelvis, anatomy and physiology of the female body, stages of labor, and the hormones associated with labor. I will also conduct a physical assessment and provide comprehensive coaching on alignment, breathing strategies, and core and pelvic floor function. Together, we will create a birth map—an informed birth plan that prepares you for both the wanted and unexpected, ensuring you feel informed, confident, and supported as you approach your birth experience. Additionally, we will focus on strengthening intimacy with your partner and explore ways to create rituals with your baby to encourage early bonding before their arrival.
My pregnancy and labor support fee is $3500. Sliding scale is available, please inquire for more information.
